Most clients making the switch to Google Apps Premier Edition will have messages and contact information that they want to bring into their new system.  Google and JC Kelly Microsolutions offer several tools and services to assist you depending on where your email is currently stored.  Clients typically fall into one of three categories:

Messages are stored in:	Migration method:
Microsoft Exchange, Lotus Notes, Nitix or other on premise mail server	IMAP Migration
Outlook pst files on individual computers	Email Uploader
Web-based mail accounts i.e. Hotmail, Yahoo etc.	Mail Fetcher
