JC Kelly Microsolutions offers customers optional email and telephone support for Google Apps Premier Edition.  This service is ideal for organizations that do not have an internal support desk.  For only $50/per user/per year, we'll answer your employee's questions and assist them in getting the most from your investment in Google Apps.

Support is available Monday - Friday for 9am to 5pm Eastern time.  Weekend support will be provided on a best efforts basis.

To participate in this service, all users in the account must be subscribed.
